Our philosophy of care governs everything we do for you. We truly care about our patients and want you to feel very comfortable with our entire experienced, well trained and friendly staff. We can speak Spanish and Vietnamese to further assist patients who feel more comfortable to communicate with us in those languages. We recognize each patient is an individual and do our best to help you retain your teeth in comfort, function and esthetics for a lifetime. Our dentists are experienced ones that have been working in the dental field in different settings for 10 plus years. Dr. Tina ThuyTrang Nguyen is skilled in all phases of general dentistry with extensive background of working in different private offices, teaching at UCSF - her alumni dental school, as well as being the managing dentist for various dental clinics. Our office is hi-tech equipped with digital intraoral X-rays and extra-oral panorex, X-rays for TMJ problems or all outside mouth, intraoral camera, nitrous oxide relaxing gas, DentalVibe pain-free injection, in office whitening ZOOM, and laser. We use quality implant systems for our implants. Besides traditional straight wired braces, we use Fast Braces as the new disruptive technology and Series 2000 appliances to move roots and build bone first to avoid teeth extraction. For patients concerned about esthetic in straightening your teeth, we also offer clear brackets and coated wires for braces as well as clear aligners with our SureSmile by Dentsply Sirona or Reveal by Henry Schein. Tina T. Nguyen
Dr. Tina Nguyen is a 1999 graduate of University of California of San Francisco, one of the best dental schools in the country. She has been a dedicated full-time dentist for 20 years and has taken many post graduate courses in different fields of dentistry since receiving her DDS degree.
Her emphasis on patient comfort as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable her to provide her patients with the best in the field. Dr. Tina Nguyen has a wide range of experiences in different areas of dentistry, from general and children restorative dentistry to cosmetic, orthodontic and surgical treatments. She has gained working experiences in various settings from private dental offices to being the head dentist for dental clinics. She also volunteered to teach as Clinical Assistant Professor at UCSF Dental School in 2005-2007. To support and give back to UCSF Dental School that trained her and other classes to be great dentists, she has continuously donated to the top of her class and is named Dean's Ambassador of the class for her contribution. She is well favored by her patients and hence voted among America's Top Dentists by Consumers' Research Council of America.
We use Fast Braces treatment as the disruptive new technology to move teeth around 120 days to 180 days for complete ortho treatment straightening teeth by building bone first, so no extraction needed.
